Nowadays, stress is an undeniable part of our lives which could have dire consequences on body's health. Although many people believe that having some specific sorts of foods or drinks can reduce their stress levels; they're unaware of the fact that these foods or drinks would lead to increased stress levels.

 

There are various stress-induced habits including:

-Drinking too much coffee
-Eating unhealthy foods (such as foods that are high in fat, sugar or salt
-Not considering main meals
-Drinking little amounts of water
-Fast food
