It is noted that three major factors must be considered in order to diagnose sperm health:

Sperm count, shape and motility

Some tips for an accurate sperm count test include:

-Avoid ejaculation for 24 to 72 hours. (This time shouldn't exceed 7 days)

-Do not take hormone medications

-Avoid alcohol, caffeine, herbal medications, and some specific drugs.

In order to confirm the results, the person cannot suffice to just one test. It is necessary to repeat the test for a couple of times
