One of the best ways to treat varicose veins which is done in our medical group is Radio Frequency (RF). In this method, the doctor inserts a catheter into the enlarged vein and heats the tip of the tube using radio frequency or laser energy, then the catheter is pulled out and the heat causes the varicose vein to collapse.

 

Varicose vein is not completely preventable, but there are some ways that can use to prevent varicose veins from worsening including:

Exercise regularly

Avoid standing or sitting for a long time

Avoid smoking

Do not wear tight clothes
